The Leadership Council for Healthy Communities (LCHC) Institute is a public health consulting firm that helps healthcare organizations, managed care organizations, and government agencies reduce costs, improve efficiency, and achieve measurable outcomes through evidence-based strategy and technical assistance.
We work with healthcare systems, managed care organizations, health departments, behavioral health organizations, correctional systems, and community-based organizations to close gaps in access, reduce avoidable utilization, and strengthen the systems that support care delivery.
Our multidisciplinary team brings expertise in healthcare administration, public health, behavioral health, implementation science, evaluation, and policy — helping clients design sustainable, cost-effective solutions and measure the results.
